OK today was indeed a very very long tiresome BUT fun and exciting day. Fast forwards to after school hours. Went to Theo's house, go Lim Bang eat dinner, went to school and panicked at first sight.............. cancelled.
OK in Lot 1. Went to 4th floor's clean and empty toilet then off to the rooftop we go.
OK got my ass on the floor. Did smth I did not expect which was to get HALF my bday presents(though my first present was received the day before, this was the second batch)................
I wanted to get them on the actual day but since us guys insisted so what can I do?
(From this part onwards it's typed with honesty)
I surely DID NOT expect what I was about to get. A box of goodies. I thought it was going to be just 1 present from 1 person but nooooo.... I did not count how many there were but it doesn't matter cus... cus it was still very awesome! Mainly about Pokemon which wasn't too bad, still pretty good. I like the Taz most cus it was soft and cute and smooth to touch but seriously the others were wonderful too.
Here comes the climax. The first thing I saw when I opened the box was the main card. Yes, it was magnificently F-ing awwwwwwwwwesome. It was all about me me and me. I can't help but smiling to myself throughout the whole reading session (even at home) and I feel like an idiot but WHO THE HELL CARES!!! After finishing reading, I was really impressed and wondered how you guys managed to finish the whole card by just A DAY.
Then of course the individual card wishes. I randomly picked one to start reading first(Yee Hwa's). It was v.long. The first page was about how I affected/influenced her and I thought, '' Did I really do all these? I didnt know that!''
The second page was slightly private so not going to talk about it.
Then was Theo's card. First page was the usually well wishes which includes, '' We were trying to keep your presents as secret so we locked you outta the room. Don't worry, we were NOT having sex.''
Send page was a flashback in sec one bout how we all first met( Eh eh eh!) and the rest are mushy mushy stuff.
Yue Ning's was last. It was only 1 page long (looks as though it was done in a rush). It wasn't private notes, neither was it mushy at all. But it was.. let's see.. I must say kindda weird. It started off with,''.... one of the best friends I've ever had...'' AND THEN... this very 'unique' bday card mentioned about my flaws. Hmm.. ok flaws. I see a lot of flaws written down and I only see 2 good thing said about me. Ok I can ignore that. And then one part,''... you are QUITE a good friend.'' O.O The last part says,'' in conclusion, you are a very GOOD friend''.
In conclusion to this post, let me just tell you how I feel. The first letter activated my tears. The second letter pushed my tears to the corner of my eye (not out yet!). The last letter sucked all the tears back into the eye and made me raise an eyebrow. But still, all the letters are touching and romantic and 'gan dong gan dong' and also cheerful and funny and laughable. Seriously I really learnt a lot about myself which I never knew be it positive or negative. These individual letters really tells me about who I am in your lifes and most importantly how I changed your life whether it's in personality, interest, or how I've just been added into your circle of friends. Thanks for your gifts, kindness, thoughts, love and I also want to say that I can feel the effort you guys have put into creating the Box of Goodies. I must say that this has been my best birthday ever (with gifts, kindness, thoughts and love from other friends and family too)!
I know it has been a very very long post from the top. I will end here without forgetting the contributions from everyone into helping me make the best Birthday I've ever had. I took exactly an hour to type this post (12.29 am to 1.28am) and if you have read every line from the first word then extra thanks to you! Good night!
P.S. it wasn't a perfect day for me though. Brazil has been eliminated from the world cup 2:1 to Netherlands :(
